What to expect after you apply
- 1Application review · 24–48 hoursPaula reviews your resume and license/experience situation. If there's a track, we send you the exact roadmap.
- 2Discovery call · Week 130 minutes to map your fastest track — CGFNS, English exam, NCLEX, VisaScreen, state license. We reveal the employer, the unit and the offer package on this call. Honest timeline, no fluff.
- 3Prep + exams · Month 1–6You focus on OET/IELTS and NCLEX. We handle CGFNS, VisaScreen, and licensing filings in parallel.
- 4Client match + interview · Month 6–9Once licensing is on track, we introduce you to the hiring facility. Interview, offer, immigrant petition kicks off.
- 5Consular + arrival · Month 12–18Priority date current → consular interview → arrival. Relocation concierge takes over the final leg.
